This from a guy who a wee while ago decried journos breaching professional respect levels.
A surprising Sunday Mirror online advert
Well, trying not to be one who weighs into a inter-professional media industry 'critique', I'd have to say that I usually get a bit more disturbed by climate-change nanny articles in some places right next to ads for 4x4s or jaunts to the Maldives.
Where's the AdSense in that?
But agreed, those big guys who have entire media departments to match equally huge editorial ones should no more be allowing inappropriate ads to be placed than they should use Wikipedia to get their stories.
But it still seems to happen.

I believe in freedom of speech. But I also don't like bullies on blogs, even verbal ones, as they can drive away those with something valid to say... or offer.
Subjective is fine, but well argued and substantiated is even better. Calm and polite tops. Anything that crosses my personal line will not go up. There may be reasons given, but not guaranteed.
I'm not too keen on 'Anon' as a handle (and the content usually explains why), so if that's what you opt for it may not make it. Sorry.
